Deacon's Choosing Dinner

Picture
Deacon David McLaren with the Queen of the Masons
The Deacon's first real test was on his Choosing Dinner, the evening that he was sworn in.   As to be expected it was a great success and the Merry Masons celebrated the success of numerous College prize winners.    In many ways this is the most important aspect of the Deacon's Choosing Dinner.

The new Chain Gang were all present, eagerly watching Deacon David's performance as his being the first Dinner sets the standard for the remaining ones.

Fortunately Deacon David was supported by his wife in her new roll of Queen of the Masons.

As can be expected, our new Deacon surpassed himself and everyone present had a wonderful time.
