House Master Bryce Award 2024

At the start of November, Deacon Craig along with Late Deacon Grant Macleod, Past Deacons John Brown and Brian Evans and Late Collector Alex McNamee presented the House Master Bryce Award to the Clydesdale and Clyde Amateur Rowing Clubs based on Glasgow Green.

The building was renovated recently and a super YouTube video outlines exactly what was done:
WEST BOATHOUSE — A Boathouse for Everyone

Out with the Incorporation members (left to right) is Ingrid Shearer from GBPT, Ken Diamond Former President CLRC, Andy Jones President of Clydesdale ARC and Danny Williams President of Clyde Rowing Club. Thanks also to David Collie for taking the photos and all for making us feel very welcome indeed.

Below we have the old and the new—an absolutely fantastic improvement on a part of Glasgow’s history which many people are not aware of.
